Summary: The Contract Manager/Project Manager (PM) is primarily responsible to ensure that contractual obligations are met during worked performed at his or her respective areas. The PM is responsible for exercising leadership, maintaining high morale, directing and inspecting the performance of security personnel assigned to area. This includes scheduling the shift work distribution and training, answering of Security Officer questions related to work, and solving shift problems with minimum supervision.
